• Upload: Upload the image via the product page on our website. If you need help, you may also send it to us via WhatsApp.

Step 2: Review and Design

• Conversion & Draft: Our design team converts your image into a digital “Pixel Map” and sends you an Initial Draft. You may request revisions (color adjustments, cropping, or clarity improvements).
• Final Approval (Digital Proof): Once satisfied, you will receive the official Digital Proof. Approving this proof immediately triggers the preparation process.

Step 3: Preparation and Shipping

• Preparation: After approval, we begin sorting and preparing all custom-colored building pieces according to the blueprint.
• Packaging: All pieces and instructions are neatly packed inside our elegant box.
• Delivery: We ship your order directly to your address within the UAE or GCC countries.

Step 4: Build and Enjoy
