1.2 Customer Images: The images uploaded by the Customer for the exclusive purpose of being converted into custom mosaic boards.
1.3 Usage Information (Non-PII): This includes data related to how you access and use the site (e.g., pages visited, visit duration, and device type) to help improve user experience.

2.1 Order Fulfillment: To process orders, design the custom product, and communicate with you regarding shipping status.
2.2 Customer Service: To respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and handle return or exchange requests.
2.3 Marketing and Improvement: To improve the quality of our products and services. We may also use this data to send marketing messages and promotional offers (only if the Customer consents).

3.1 Service Partners: We may share your information with trusted third parties (such as shipping companies and payment processors) strictly to the extent necessary for them to provide their services.
3.2 Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request from law enforcement agencies.
3.3 No Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4.1 Confidentiality: We treat the confidentiality of images uploaded by the Customer with the utmost priority. Images are used solely for designing and producing the custom mosaic board.
4.2 Deletion: All original image files are securely deleted from our servers 30 days after shipment is completed and the Customer’s receipt of the order is confirmed. This buffer time allows the Customer to request replacement pieces if needed.

5.1 Access and Modify: You have the right to request access to or modification of the personal data we hold about you.
5.2 Unsubscribe: You have the right to unsubscribe from marketing mailing lists at any time.
